Social Media Management & Marketing

Strategy, production, and day-to-day management from a team that has made content for global audiences.

Overview

What this work looks like

Social media stops working when it becomes a posting chore. It starts working when there's a clear point of view, a format that suits the platform, and someone accountable for making it consistent.

We handle social media strategy, management, and content creation as one connected service — so the thinking, the filming, and the posting aren't split between three vendors who never talk.

What's included

The pieces we handle

  • Social media strategy

Audience, positioning, platform priorities, content pillars, and posting cadence — decided before anything gets filmed.

  • Social media management

Calendar planning, scheduling, publishing, captions, community engagement, and monthly reporting.

  • Content creation

Photo and video shoots, on-location capture, interviews, and graphics produced specifically for the feeds they'll live in.

  • Short-form video

Vertical video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — hooks, pacing, captions, and editing handled by producers who do this full time.

  • Founder and executive presence

Turning a founder's expertise into a consistent voice on LinkedIn and beyond, without demanding hours of their week.

  • Performance review

What earned attention, what converted, and what to make more of next month.

How we work

A clear, repeatable process

  1. 01

    Listen

We learn the business, the audience, and the story before recommending a single format.

  2. 02

    Plan

Pillars, formats, and a calendar you can see weeks ahead.

  3. 03

    Produce

Shoot days and edits that fill the calendar with real material, not stock filler.

  4. 04

    Publish and refine

We post, engage, and report — then adjust the plan around what worked.

Who it's for

This tends to be a good fit when…

  • Brands posting inconsistently with no strategy underneath
  • Teams that need both the ideas and the production
  • Founders who want a presence without running it themselves
  • Businesses moving into short-form video for the first time
New York

Working with a social media agency in New York

New York gives us something most social teams don't have: the ability to show up and shoot. A lot of our client work happens on location — in kitchens, showrooms, studios, and at events across the city — which is why the feeds we run look like the business rather than like stock footage.

For clients outside New York we plan remotely and either travel for shoot days or build a workable capture routine with your team. The strategy, editing, and management run the same way either way.

Common questions

Questions we get asked

Do you create the content or just schedule it?
We do both. Strategy, filming and editing, captions, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement are handled by the same team, so nothing gets lost between a plan and a post.
Which platforms do you manage?
Most often Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. We recommend focusing on the two or three where your audience actually is rather than spreading thin across all of them.
How often would we post?
Cadence is set in planning based on what we can produce at a genuinely high standard and what your audience will tolerate. Consistency matters more than volume.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes — we frequently provide the strategy, production, and editorial standard while an internal team handles day-to-day community management.
